Free Cancellation

Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time and receive a full refund.

Partial Refund

If you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you will receive a 50% refund.

No Show

If you do not show up on the day of the tour without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

Date Changes

We will do our best to reschedule your tour if needed, subject to availability. Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to change your booking.

In the unlikely event we need to cancel your tour (for reasons such as severe weather, safety concerns, or minimum group size not met), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
